Sanctum — Ownership Statement
This Ownership Statement explains how content, intellectual property, and platform rights are handled on Sanctum. It applies to all Users, Practitioners, and anyone accessing the platform.
1. Creator Ownership
All content uploaded to Sanctum — including audio, visuals, text, classes, notes, and livestreams — is fully owned by the Creator who posted it.
Creators retain:
- copyright
- intellectual property rights
- control over the content they produce
Sanctum does not claim ownership of Creator content.
2. Licence Granted to Sanctum
To operate the platform and deliver content to subscribers, each Creator grants Sanctum a limited, non-exclusive licence to:
- host
- store
- stream
- transmit
- and display their content
to Users who have an active subscription.
This licence is strictly for platform functionality and ends when content is removed or an account is closed.
3. No Redistribution
Users are not permitted to download, copy, record, redistribute, share, publish, or reproduce any Creator content outside the Sanctum platform.
All content is intended for private viewing only within each Creator's Sanctum.
Violation of this rule may result in account termination and potential legal action.
4. Platform Ownership
The software, design, branding, features, codebase, database, and all operational tools belong solely to:

Creators receive a licence to use the Sanctum platform, but no ownership of underlying technology or intellectual property is transferred.
5. Trademarks
Sanctum, the Sanctum logo, The Void App Ltd, and related brand assets are trademarks owned by The Void App Ltd.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Rights
Creators must ensure they own or have appropriate rights to all material they upload. This includes:
- music
- sound recordings
- text
- imagery
- video
- artwork
- any third-party assets included in their uploads
Creators are responsible for securing relevant permissions.
Sanctum is not liable for rights disputes between Creators and third parties.
7. Removal of Infringing Content
Sanctum may remove content that:
- infringes intellectual property
- violates any copyright or licensing agreement
- breaches our Terms of Service
Repeat infringement may result in account closure.
